DENNIS –YOUR GUIDE
Dennis Eagan –founder of wildyoga

Dennis has dedicated much of his life to exploring the natural world, both as a wilderness guide and an outdoor educator. He's been a student of yoga for twenty years and a certified instructor since 1998.

Whether in the yoga studio or on a retreat in the wilderness, Dennis weaves his love of nature into his yoga teaching.  He emphasizes yoga as an energy practice that is supported by sound biomechanical principles, close attention to the breath, and a strong sense of connection to the earth. He relates the mythology of ancient India to current ecological concerns to share his passion for yoga and the environment with others.
