Dennis
has guided or kayaked many of the rivers in the West and Alaska – plus
Costa Rica and Mexico. He has sea kayak guided in Prince William Sound
and the Sea of Cortez in Baja.
Above sea level, his adventures
include climbing and guiding on Denali and numerous ascents up El Cap
in Yosemite. Among his more extreme exploits, Dennis completed a solo
30-day paddle along the Gulf Coast of Alaska - from Sitka to Yakutat.
As for skiing, he has guided clients on the Ruth glacier in Alaska, and
served as an instructor in winter survival and avalanche awareness.
