Join instructor Dennis Eagan for yoga and an intimate experience with the wild and scenic Rogue River. The beautiful canyon carved by the river provides a magnificent outdoor studio for our four-day retreat.

Yoga: Daily yoga and meditation in the Rogue’s lush, green scenery which blends wonderfully with its fun, scintillating white water to set the ideal mood for a break away from your every-day way of life. Yoga instruction will proceed at a pace suitable for all levels.

Adventure: Choose your thrill. Spend time on the Rogue riding along in an oar-powered raft, being a crewmember on a paddleboat or self-guiding an inflatable kayak. Experienced hard-shell kayakers are welcome.

River Camp: Expert river guides provided by ECHO: The Wilderness Company that has run quality trips on the Rogue for more than thirty years. The knowledgeable and friendly crew will provide delicious vegetarian meals, a comfortable camp scene and expertise on the river.
