Dennis is
an
Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level with Yoga
Alliance. Continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance are
available for all workshops.
He is co-director of the Advanced Studies Program at the Yoga Movement
Center in Walnut Creek, California and directs the AS Programs at The
Bo Tree Yoga Studio in Davis, California and Intent Yoga Center in Enumclaw, WA.
All programs are registered with Yoga Alliance and meet their curriculum
standards for Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level.
- Advanced
Studies tract is available for people who would like to deepen their personal
practice but are not interested in becoming teachers. The tract covers
asana, alignment, vinyasa, karana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy.
- Teaching tract covers, sequencing, hands on adjustments, observing bodies,
use of props, assisting classes, and finding your voice as a teacher.

In compliance with
Yoga Alliance we
will launch a 300-hour program at the Bo Tree in January of 2011
for teachers who have already completed a 200-hour training, and want to
advance to the 500-hour level.
